Watermelon with Serrano Salsa Verde

Ingredients
½ bunch parsley
1 tbsp. capers
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 small watermelon, cut into wedges
5 serrano peppers
Instructions
To create salsa verde, combine parsley, capers, garlic, lemon juice and 2 serrano peppers in a food processor.
Slowly add olive oil while you continue to process the ingredients until blended. Season with salt to taste.
On a platter, arrange watermelon and slices of the remaining serrano peppers. Top with the salsa verde.
