Blistered Peppers with Ponzu Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 4 green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. ponzu sauce
  • flaky sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add bell peppers and cook until charred.
  3. To make aioli, whisk mayonnaise and ponzu sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Garnish peppers with flaky sea salt to taste and serve with aioli.
