Blistered Peppers with Ponzu Aioli

Ingredients
2 tbsp. canola oil
4 green bell peppers, cut into strips
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. ponzu sauce
flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Add bell peppers and cook until charred.
To make aioli, whisk mayonnaise and ponzu sauce in a small bowl.
Garnish peppers with flaky sea salt to taste and serve with aioli.
